What are your COVID-19 protocols?
The health and wellness of our residents is our top priority, please see below for more information.
Are there individual leases?
Yes! Each applicant completes their own application and lease and is responsible for his/her own rental installments. We offer individual liability leases.
Do you allow pets?
Yes! Illini Tower weight limit for pets is 20 lbs. We do not have a breed restriction. Please click the Pet Policy button in the utility bar at the top to see our Pet Policy.
Do you allow service animals?
We sure do, please contact the on-site team for more information about registering your animal.
How long are the leases?
Illini Tower offers 10 month academic lease agreements.
Do you provide roommate matching?
Come to us with friends in mind or allow us to match you up-- your choice! We give the power to choose your unit and roommates in your application. We can also match you up with a compatible roommate based on the profile you complete in the application process. *unit and roommates subject to change without notice
Are the apartments furnished?
We offer fully furnished apartment style suites! The majority of our bedrooms offer Twin XL beds, 4 drawers for storage, a desk, and desk chair. Our Private 2 Bedroom options offer an upgraded Full Sized bed and mounted televisions. We also have suites that offer living rooms come furnished with a couch, sitting chair, coffee table, and side tables.
Are utilities included?
All utilities are included at Illini Tower! Electric, heat, water, internet, sewer, and garbage are all included in your installments. We do not have "caps" or usage allowances.
Is there onsite Maintenance?
Yes, we have a great maintenance team to address your needs. Have an issue after-hours, we have a on call team ready to assist.
Are meal plans required at Illini Tower?
Yes - UIUC requires all PCH residents to obtain a meal plan that offers at least 10 meals per week. We also offer vegan and vegetarian options for each meal - breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Does living at Illini Tower satisfy my on-campus living requirement as a first year student?
Yes! Illini Tower is a privately owned residence hall that is certified by UIUC to house their students - specifically first year students.
Can I use financial aid to pay for housing at Illini Tower?
